On the reservation website, you will find the available group wedding rates for various level rooms, instructions on how to book using the group rate through our travel agent , as well as direct contact information for our wedding travel specialist, Megan Collins. She will be your point of contact for booking your stay at the Secrets and scheduling your airport transfer - which is included in the wedding group rate. Please note that if you do happen to find rates taht you think might be chaper online, mention it to Megan and she can look into beating the price for you.

 

She will also be able to help you with securing the lowest rates on airfare to include in your travel package. For Bay Area folks, right now, direct flights are available to Puerto Vallarta from San Francisco and Oakland, and if you prefer to travel from San Jose, flights will have at least one connection/lay over.

 

A minimal deposit of $150 per person will be required now, and the remainder will be due 65 days prior to travel. At the time of reserving your resort accommodations, Megan can also assist in setting up a monthly payment plan, should you wish to do so.
